Cancellation Policy
All our stylists and estheticians are independent business owners. Please be courteous to their busy professional and personal time, as well as that of other clients. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Please do not "No-show" for a scheduled service as this creates a great deal of disruption. Fees may apply for "no-shows" or same day cancellations.
